Dissociative Disorders Evaluation
Why should I get an evaluation?
You have noticed possible symptoms of dissociative disorders (such as DID) and would like to formally name and diagnose what you are experiencing internally
You would like to speak with a professional with specialized expertise in dissociative disorders to get an accurate evaluation
You need formal documentation for your dissociative disorder diagnosis
The process:
Complete initial assessments and paperwork individually through a secure platform
Meet with Rachel Allen, LPC, for a 60 minute assessment session
Meet with Rachel for a 30 minute follow-up meeting where you will receive your diagnosis and have space to ask questions and explore additional resources
Rachel will email you a copy of your assessment report
Evaluation Details
$250 fee, paid after the 50-minute session
We do not take insurance for evaluation services.
Since this is a masters level assessment, it is not as intensive or comprehensive as a doctoral level assessment. However, it is often more accurate because Rachel has more expertise in dissociative disorders than most doctoral level clinicians.
